 Estonia-"Freedom of speech: jokes are still ideas, so they should be protected. Even if it is wrong information, it is still information. Opinions should also be accepted and insults are still opinions."

France-"Jokes are taken sometimes too seriously. They are meant to be jokes but people take them as insults."
