Delegations are proposing solutions in order to come to an agreement for addressing the issue of freedom of speech and how to protect their citizens. China has entered the debate and new discussions have risen regarding the use of social media including Facebook. Tomorrow the resolutions will continue and hopefully come to an international agreement.
